Privacy statement

For Mitsos at the Acropolis, Fuzzy Hop and grafosgames.com. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Grafos Games (Grafos Pty. Ltd.) is a one-person game studio in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This page explains, in plain words, what our games and this website do with information about you.

The short version

You never need an account to play. The games do not sell your information, do not include analytics or tracking tools of their own, and keep everything on your device unless you choose to use an online feature. Players who tell the age check they are under 13 stay entirely offline, apart from child-safe ads in the free versions.

What stays on your device

Your scores, progress, settings, language and achievements are saved on your device. When a game first starts it asks for your year of birth. The answer is used on the device to decide whether the player is a child or a grown-up, and only that result is kept.

Worldwide leaderboards (grown-ups only)

If a grown-up player chooses to post a score to the worldwide leaderboard, the game sends the name they type, the score, a random player ID and a few details of the round (used to spot cheating) to LEADR, the service that runs the leaderboards. Names and scores are shown publicly to other players. Please don't use your real full name. If you would like a name removed, email us and we will take care of it.

Google Play Games and Game Center

On Android and Apple devices, grown-up players can sign in to Google Play Games or Game Center to unlock achievements, join leaderboards and back up progress. That information is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies, and you can sign out at any time.

Ads in the free versions

The free versions show ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising identifier and similar information to show and measure ads; see how Google uses information from apps that use its services. For players under 13, every ad request is marked as directed to children: no personalised ads, and only ads suitable for general audiences. In the European Economic Area, the UK and other places that require it, Google's consent message asks for your choice before any ads are shown.

You can reset or turn off your advertising identifier in your device settings, or remove the ads completely with the optional in-game purchase.

Purchases

The one optional purchase (removing the ads) is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We receive a confirmation that it was bought, never your payment details. A parental gate appears before any purchase or link that leaves the game.

Children

The games are made for the whole family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13: the online features above are switched off for them, and their ads are limited as described. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Like every website, our web host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) to keep the site secure and running.

Your choices

You can delete everything a game has saved by uninstalling it. You can sign out of Google Play Games or Game Center, reset your advertising identifier, or email us with any question or request about your information. We will reply as soon as we can.

Changes

If this statement changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
